Absolutely AWFUL customer service! I do not recommend attempting to work with this company, unless you want to block off an entire day of your life waiting around for them as well as deal with complete disrespect, sarcasm and being spoken to like you're an idiot. I have worked with a couple different appliance repair providers and never had such a TERRIBLE experience as I did with this one.

The telephone contact with Hudson Appliance Repair was prompt, courteous and reassuring the problem was solvable without resorting to buying a new dryer. We waited a couple of days for an available appointment time but our situation wasn't urgent. Mr. Hudson arrived on the earlier end of the two hour appointment window which was greatly appreciated. He was polite and quite professional getting started immediately after shown the dyer. Mr. Hudson explained each step as he tested for the possible cause of the malfunction. Once the source of the malfunction was found, I was then informed he had the parts on hand thus the dryer could be repaired during the service call. We needed a new thermal fuse and thermostat which were quickly replaced. I was relieved Hudson Appliance Repair had the parts needed as this was a 20 year Kenmore electric dryer that hadn't needed servicing until this week and worried before I called the company if parts would still be available for this 20 year old model. A few more tests and the dryer was running again as it should. Very pleased with the work, the efficiency and the reasonable price. We would hire Hudson Appliance Repair again and recommend the company to others.

Joe had a busy schedule but we’re glad we stuck with him. He was very friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. One of our issues was a recurring one with our microwave and we realized now that we were “robbed” with what the other guy charged us! We’ll definitely call on Hudson Repairs from now on.

Excellent and efficient service. Joe arrived when he said he would and was able to do the maintenance on both the washer and dryer in about 40 min. The drier needed a new belt, the drum wheels were cleaned and oiled and the unit was vacuumed out… It now runs smoothly with no squeaking or buzzing sounds. The washer checked out fine. I felt that Joe is trustworthy and knowledgeable.
