Domco was amazing from beginning to end. It all started with Clarence who gave us the estimate. He was very professional. The team that worked on our pipes were Sean, Jody, Alfredo and Daniel. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely hardworking. We had to have all our pipes replaced to due a leak and faulty pipes that were installed when the house was built. The team had to endure hours of working in our attic during the hot July days. They remained positive and helpful the whole time. This team and all the people we dealt with at Domco was very knowledgeable. They kept us informed and explained each step along the way to us. Dom leads by example he was very professional, honest, and fair. He inspected the job before and after it was done. To me that displayed his level of commitment to quality. I do not think I could recommend any company more than I recommend Domco. If you are looking for an awesome company for any of your plumbing needs do yourself a favor and call Domco.

Quentin and Jose came over to unclog toilet. I had tried to unclog it with an auger and it was not working and did not even think of using the plunger. So when the experts came, they cleared the blockage with the plunger. I learned my lesson for next time. Paid for the service call.

Prompt at showing up for free to assess the situation day before a holiday, took a video of the yard & connections. However, over week & 1/2 past, but even after emailing & calling the place I never got an estimate. The person who had shown up had a card with an expired license (13 years back), but I was told just using old cards:) I was told I'd get the estimate right away, twice, but didn't happen. If residential jobs aren't wanted I just think they should tell the customer! So, of course, I went with another plumbing business.

Owner DOMINIC STONE very responsive to my needs and situation and technicians ROBERT and QUINTON above-and-beyond high quality of professionalism, workmanship, attitudes, and respect...toward each other, and myself. At no point was I uneasy having them in my home! Big KUDOS on that!!! I would welcome them back into my home to work without hesitation. Cost was very acceptable and consistent with work needing to be done. Recommend with highest confidence for excellence in responsiveness, service, workmanship, customer relations, and personal customer safety. Extremely satisfied homeowner. the kitchen sink clogged up since late friday night. On Saturday I called several plumbing companies and they were either busy and would have to wait until Monday or they were more expensive or would not give me a price until they came to evaluate the problem. So when I called Domco they gave me their price and came by Sunday morning. I even got a discount and they made me a happy customer. Duane was very professional and took an interest for doing the right thing for the customer.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of their service. Besides needing a plumber, I had my brass fixtures re-polished, floors installed and the kitchen sink refinished. Domco worked with me and sent their team at strategically important times. Their team was always punctual and helpful. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber.

Domco was right on the job! Of the different outfits I called they were the only ones to act so FAST. They had a rep on site in less than two hours and were explaining to me what needed to be done. This fast reaction time must get them a lot of jobs. That afternoon they had a "pipe locator" and a company rep on the job. They located the leak (billed it to the job) and I had an estimate the next day. The estimate was a little high, but I understood, being under the concrete driveway, and who knows what they were going to find when they dug up the line, they need to cover the unforeseen so I'm O.K. with that. The crew that did the repair job knew what to do and how to do it! In and out in less than a day. The hole was pretty wet and muddy, so they let it dry out over the week-end,then on Tuesday they filled up the hole and put in a concrete patch. Perhaps a little neater job with the concrete, to keep the lime from bleaching the surrounding area, but I think this will age with time. So all and all I'm happy with the job. Domco was super fast, knew their job and explained it well, had knowledgeable crews and got the job done, In the end I did get a 5% senior discount.

I was able to get an appointment right away with diagnose and estimate charge. I was told to call back to schedule an appointment to have work done. I called and was told they would check with the repairman, and they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I never heard back.

I waited around for hours when the guy was supposed to show up and got a call from the office related to him being hours behind schedule. No worries. I said come when you can as I work from home most days (expecting that it would be same day...) I got a call back until the next day when I was actually in the office and it was the plumber saying he was on his way to my house. Nope. Rescheduled again for a few days later and he showed up and did the work, which I was happy with. Overall still satisfied but they need to get their communication in order.
