A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. I really appreciated the bid from ASAP Plumbing because they were much more straight forward and knowledgable without being intimidating. Roland and his crew were terrific, experienced, professionals. They did super clean soldering work and they packed up and kept the work site spotless. They were fast, efficient, and a good value. "I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."

"We hired a designer to draw a plant map and Del Mar Landscaping did all the hardscaping and new sprinkler and plant installation. Their workers were all pleasant to work with. We had somewhat of a strict agreement detailing the number of plants, sizes, and their locations, etc...but they worked hard to make sure they go by everything that was in the contract, and they fixed any issues until we were satisfied. They were knowledgeable about drought-tolerant landscaping and installed two dry river beds in the new garden that collect rain water during the rainy season. Since we did not want conventional sprinkler heads, they installed literally hundreds of drip irrigation system at EACH plant location. A few months after the project was complete, some plants unfortunately died due to some disease but Del Mar Landscaping replaced those plants at no charge. They were responsive and they did what they promised they would do. We are very happy with our decision to work with them. Highly recommended."

"This is an all encompassing business, handling foundation engineering, plans, permits and constuction.  That was a big help because I didn't want to pull together the plans and permit for the foundation.    Be careful if you're a do-it-yourselfer, though.  Get your plumber in to plan the pipes before you pour.  They did good, clean job.  Rejean bent over backwards to make sure that I was pleased.  They even came back after they were all done and did some more work, gratis, to help me out.  Thank you guys."
