"Beautiful Roofing Experience We needed a roof before El Nino was to start this year (2016). So we went with So Cal Design and Builders (Aviad Goverman). The roofers started removing the old roof on February 3, 2016, everything went very good and everybody was very professional. Main roofers were Omar and Efron, they were great. On February 17, 2016, it rained pretty hard, but no El Nino. They had most of the felt and shingles already on the roof before it rained. The next day the roofers returned to finish putting on the felt paper, but I was concerned the felt paper got wet. Even though I read a lot of reviews saying that it would be okay, as long as it had enough time to dry, which it did. But I still wasn’t happy with the wet felt, so Aviad had them remove all of the felt which was a lot and replace every sheet. I’m sure that might have been an extra expense but we were not charged any additional money. The roofers replaced all of our fascia boards, felt paper, damaged plywood on the roof and painted all of the fascia boards. It took about 3 weeks. Great Job! So, with all of that said we never got an El Nino, but the roofers did a wonderful job and my roof looks beautiful. Also, the inspector said that he learned a couple of things from our roofers.
