We've been thrilled with the final product and the experience of signing with Ouri from day one was a pleasure. This was our first large project and we would undoubtedly hire Ouri again. Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"KN Remodeling came to my house to check the windows and we had aluminum single pain windows.  We decided to replace with energy efficient double pain windows that met EPA standards. The price was excellent and the job was completed in a worry free time scan.  The crew that worked on this job were excellent, professional, clean and performed the job in a timely manner.  They arrived in the morning and completed it and cleanup up in one day.  We would recommend this company and intend to use them again in the near future.

We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. Kyle and his team were incredibly professional, clean and responsive. As an added bonus, he found the perfect compliment brick to replace the outdated wood that was wrapped around the fireplace. During the process, our flooring installers were behind and we needed Kyle's team to postpone a day or two--he did it without any issue and was right back to work instantly when the flooring people finished. "I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."
