We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. Kyle and his team were incredibly professional, clean and responsive. As an added bonus, he found the perfect compliment brick to replace the outdated wood that was wrapped around the fireplace. During the process, our flooring installers were behind and we needed Kyle's team to postpone a day or two--he did it without any issue and was right back to work instantly when the flooring people finished. And while they are here, it would be cheaper to do both. The interview process was the worst. High pressure sales and rude contractors. But Tal at Shamir Builders was easy. He had pictures of a bathroom They did with the same tub we wanted. He gave me his pitch, sent me an email with the quote, and followed up with a call to see I got the email. His crew were here every day working hard. He promised 3 weeks for each bathroom but they finished both in 4 weeks. I’m still waiting on the custom glass doors (I’m responsible for the glass) but I couldn’t be happier. They did an outstanding job. I’m COMPLETELY satisfied."
