And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."
