I decided to look around and found Jay Cruz and Precise Plumbing that night. Jay called me the next morning, told him the work that needed to be done and how much the other plumber was charging. After speaking to Jay, he seemed honest, knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He quoted me way less than what the plumber was charging and told me they could get it done today. So I ended up going with them and was glad I did. They came and knocked out the job in a few hours. His crew member Alan was also nice, professional and very knowledgeable. His team showed up when he said they would, they were courteous and they respected my property. They did not kill one plant on my property which is a first. "Great service and quick. Plumber was very knowledgeable. Only negative was the appointment schedule. I was told between 1pm and 2pm but the plumber didn t arrive until 4pm. I think the dispatcher or owner needs to work on how to schedule clients. Plumber for me has no fault in that."
