Mr. Hoang was incredibly flexible and patient with our last-minute changes. Mid-project, we decided to extend our planter boxes and add lighting for a warmer, more welcoming feel. Even when we changed the planter box height and requested a different type of sod after the initial batch was delivered, Mr. Hoang remained calm and professional throughout. "Our backyard was basically been a dirt pit for the six years that we ve lived in our house. We decided that we wanted to have our broken patio removed and replaced and we knew we wanted grass for our kids to play on during the pandemic. Friends told us to get quotes months in advance because they all had to wait for landscape companies to do the work. I started the process of emailing local Livermore businesses to get quotes on a Monday. Dan called me back within about 20 minutes and set up a time to come by the next morning. We reviewed what we wanted, which was quite outside of the typical homeowner here. We have a mid-century Eichler style house and wanted a patio design that reflected the period with veins of rock separating concrete slabs. Dan seemed slightly skeptical, but after showing him pictures he got onboard and completely embraced the design. He gave us a totally reasonable quote and indicated that he could start work the next day! We were shocked since we thought no one would be able to start for months. We decided to go with Dan s team without getting any other quotes (seems crazy, but we trusted him). His team was perfectly on time every day, worked unbelievably hard and fast and in just under two weeks our backyard is better than we ever dreamed it could be. In addition to the patio and grass, the team dug trenches to send all of our downspouts to the street ( we had no idea that was possible). They created a raised garden bed, removed a tree, planted 3 new trees and several ornamental vines and plants, leveled our side yard and installed a path and installed an entirely new automatic watering and sprinkler system. Although we chose drought tolerant grass, Dan was very clear about the importance of the right watering schedule and lawn care. Right after the project was done, we had a major heatwave and the grass survived with Dan s protocol and is now thriving with 12 min of water a day. Finally, Dan went on vacation and Charli, his supervisor took over and didn t miss a beat. We will be calling them again as soon as we save up for the front yard. I wish I could post pictures!"

"We hired Jeff of TriValley Landscape to restore and refurbish our 25 year old landscaping and he did a fantastic job for us! Jeff is very passionate about what he does, he had clear ideas & a vision for our space, and is extremely knowledgable about plants & their placement in the different microclimates of a mature yard. His artistic eye for landscape arrangement is amazing! Fast forward to completion: Jeff & his team pruned & trimmed our existing trees and shrubbery, cleared out the planting beds & old landscape material and did a full refresh of our yard. New irrigation, drainage and soil amendments were added. Sod was replaced front & back. He replaced our old raised garden beds and replaced our original flagstone walkway with a beautiful new walkway & seating area. Additional decorative boulders were placed throughout, a highlight of the yard for us. New lighting was installed. The planting beds were overhauled with all new plants, artfully and thoughtfully placed by Jeff. The result is natural, evergreen, balanced and colorful. Absolutely beautiful and we love it. Jeff’s approach is collaborative every step of the way. While he brings a wealth of his own ideas, he really listens to you and demonstrates tact & understanding as you share ideas and feedback. He truly wants you to love your yard and the final product. Jeff is a perfectionist, his rates are fair and he’s an honest businessman. His crew is professional and hardworking. Jeff and his team are personable & communicative and they were a pleasure to have around! Our yard restoration was long overdue and we’re glad we found Jeff of TriValley Landscape. PS, Post job completion we experienced a sprinkler leak and failure of 25 year old equipment (valves & irrigation main shutoff). Jeff had an emergency crew here into the weekend and they didn’t stop working until the leak & equipment failure were repaired and all issues resolved. We appreciate that he was there for us when needed in an emergency."
