The gentleman who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all very, willing to help us. He explained everything needing to be done before he did it, showed us where the problem occurred and told us why it happened, and then went over in detail everything that needs to be done in the future to help prevent issues like this from happening again. He spoke plainly and didn't try to confuse us with "technical" terms that are known in the trade but not necessarily familiar terms to the consumers. We were extremely impressed with the demeanor of this gentleman, his expertise, and the quality of his workmanship. He made sure we knew he would have the problem resolved on this visit. We considered ourselves lucky that he answered the call, and were very grateful to have this person assist us.

Barry was friendly, knowledgeable, & quick about fixing the water leaks in my toilets. I found out about the water leak the night before he came & he was able to come the following morning so my problem was fixed in less than 24 hours.
