They were honest and and caring which you don’t see from a lot of companies now a days. My wife and i weren’t sure which direction to go in as far as picking a unit to the whole installation process and what we would need. They walked us through it all and were very comforting as they explained every step of the way. I will 10/10 use them again and recommend it to anyone who is needing A/C and heating!"

"My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 2pm.. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They were very professional and courteous."

"My air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year (113). I went on Angie's list and saw they were highly rated so I gave them a call. It was late in the day when I called, but they were able to come out the next day. The guy was able to get the AC working but said I probably needed a new system. This didn't come as a shock to me....it was getting old. I had gotten estimates before, so I had a dollar figure in my head for what a new system would cost. I called their office and scheduled an estimate. The young man who came out took his time and looked at everything. He explained what he was doing and why. When showing me my options, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive model, but the one that best suited my needs. It wound up being $3000 less then previous estimates I had been given. When it came to installation, their team arrived on time, put coverings down to protect my floors (HVAC is in the attic) and even brought a portable AC unit so I would be comfortable....it was about 110 that day. They thought it would probably take a day and a half, but they got it all done in one day. My AC is working great now. I didn't know how poorly my old unit was working until the new one was installed. I'll have to say that I have been impressed with this company from start to finish. Everyone from the lady who answers the phone, to the estimator, to the installers has been punctual, pleasant and informative. They send e-mails to confirm appointments, usually with a picture of who is coming. Also, the amount I paid for the first repair was deducted from the bill for installation. They are going to be my new go-to people for all heating and cooling from now on."

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

There was high pressure sales involed which I succumbed into as the sales guys were saying that I had fiber damage in my ducting and since I have kids in the house they said that it was very crucial that I do the change now. It was my fault to not do any more pricing research hence I was a bit gouged."

"We felt so lucky to find and hire Best builders group when decided to remodel our kitchen. We were very pleased with how Zohar (who is the owner of the company) and his employees handled the remodeling from start to finish while focusing on perfection and details. Best builders group has a really good quality vendors and we went to them to select all the materials for the kitchen which helped us dramatically to get everything we needed and Zohar’s went with us to pick the style and the color of our new kitchen. Zohar came over to the house a numerous times to measure and finalize the styles, colors and type of cabinets including the rest of the things such as the paint and hardware. The work that they did came out beautiful! The new cabinets were installed and they included all the crown molding, show bases and handles. All work was done in a timely manner with the highest quality. We really liked how the process was organized and well thought when it was time to install the kitchen. In addition to that, we asked Zohar for some additional details that we realized would be nice to have while they were not a part of the project, and Zohar gladly added those, so the kitchen came out just perfect!
