"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

All the good ratings this company has received are right on target.....from the comfort received on the other end of the telephone to the arrival of Jesus M., the service technician. He was wonderful.... courteous, very knowledgable, and took care with our newly installed flooring. He also left everything spotless after working for 2 hours - long after his normal quitting time. "my wife & i awoke this morning to find no ac upstairs in our house. as we were looking forward to yet another 90+ degree san fernando valley summer day, i desperately tried to find someone to come by and look at the unit. north air was the only vendor available today...so i made an appointment (plus, i liked that they were a local burbank business).

vigen was scheduled to come between 2p & 4p...but he called just after noon and asked if he could come earlier (yes!). after arrioving he checked out the unit and determined the problem was one of two things: a broken condenser or a broken motor. he quoted me a price for the condenser and we agreed to discuss plan b (motor) if a new condenser didn't fix the problem.

after swapping out the condenser the unit immediately sprang back to life. vigen checked a couple other things to make sure everything was working properly and that was that. the whole thing probably took 20 minutes.

"Professional and honest to a fault as far as I experienced. His diagnosis are right on! He fixed both my AC and furnace and they are pretty aged. Had air flow issues with my air conditioning and everyone kept selling me freon to fix the issue. Joseph told me exactly what the problems were and fixed it once and for all. My furnace also had issues shutting itself off and he replaced some parts inside the furnace. Once fixed, the problem didn't resurface. He may dispute what everyone else has advised all along. I trusted his diagnosis and am very happy with his services. He texted or emailed the day before he came to confirm the appointment and was on time, very pleasant and explained the problem and issues which I always like to learn. Some people don't want to waste their time educating their clients. Joseph's way was different. He patient and nice."
