"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.

"The entire project that included so many item at my house was designed and managed by Zohar of Best builders group, with a design that was created by input from me and installed by his several professional teams. The project contained the full remodeling of the kitchen, dining room and living room. All new cabinets (from diamond cabinets) were installed, red hardwood floors, custom cut marble counter tops, back splash, new appliances, under counter sink and all the rest of the items that required for this remodeling project. The entire remodeling work took about 7 weeks from beginning to end and I was able to live in the house during the whole work. The construction teams were so professional and reliable and made sure to do everything according to the plan while Zohar managing and monitoring the daily and weekly tasks and making sure that they are coming out in perfect condition. "Vigen and his crew showed up on time , got right to work removing the old system which was completely hauled away in just over two hours . They ran new refrigerant lines in the attic on one of the hottest days of the year, then installed a new Trane high efficiency heat pump system and Trane thermostat. I thought the job would take two days but by 5 p.m. the work was done and we had cool air. Vigen performed the contracted work professionally and without any problems and we are very happy with the new system."

"Professional and honest to a fault as far as I experienced. His diagnosis are right on! He fixed both my AC and furnace and they are pretty aged. Had air flow issues with my air conditioning and everyone kept selling me freon to fix the issue. Joseph told me exactly what the problems were and fixed it once and for all. My furnace also had issues shutting itself off and he replaced some parts inside the furnace. Once fixed, the problem didn't resurface. He may dispute what everyone else has advised all along. I trusted his diagnosis and am very happy with his services. He texted or emailed the day before he came to confirm the appointment and was on time, very pleasant and explained the problem and issues which I always like to learn.
