"Excellent customer service. During the first meeting they spent 1 hour & 45 minutes with me explaining everything they would do. My experience was so good that I will be hiring them for my regular pest control needs."
"Found a wasp nest at my house over a weekend, and called Bee N' Wasp on a Monday morning around 9am. I was honestly expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and be ready to help me. The person who answered was very nice but since I was in LB he gave me the cell phone number for Sam, the person who services my area, so that I could coordinate scheduling directly with him. So I called Sam, again, expecting to leave a voicemail but another pleasant surprise he answered the phone and was extremely nice. He was willing to come out that same day @ 1130 AM! I was not prepared for that, and asked if he could come in the late afternoon/early evening after work. He said the next day would work, and he'd be there at 530. Also gave me a quote of 125 to remove a single nest + 25 dollars for any additional nests or work if needed. Next day: He actually shows up 5-10 minutes early (great!). I show him the location of the nest that I found (plus another one that I saw after I scheduled the call), and he said he'd take a look around the house before starting. He found 2-3 other nests on the property and told me about them before proceeding to remove them. This man was very thorough, and pleasant the whole time too. After all work was done, he gave me the invoice for 150, wished me a good evening and that was that. In an out in around 30 minutes. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wish the guarantee was longer than 2 months but probably not something that can be controlled. "
On July 12, 2014, Mr. Chad Dresser arrived at our home at the appointed time. He was well-dressed, well-spoken, very knowledgeable, and professional. We were renewing our contract with Pacific Coast Termites, and Chad spent a couple of hours inspecting the whole house, the outlying areas, 3 attics, and under the house. He did find an infestation of termites in our “tower attic” in several places. He was up in the attic about 30 minutes, drilling, filling, and killing! There is no odor and no harm to pets and people from their “Orange Oil” treatment. Chad then spent considerable time with his shop vacuum up in the attic –and it’s never been so clean. He carefully inspected our entire property – no rushing at all. He found no other areas of termite activity. Before he left for other calls, he suggested that we contact him again in about 4 months for a follow-up check of our tower attic. He wants to be sure the infestation is controlled.
We’ve had Pacific Coast Termites as our home protectors for a number of years. All of the inspectors have been outstanding. When they return due to an episode of “swarming”, usually in the fall, but at other times as well, they’ve sent out someone in good time to deal with the problem and at no further expense to us due to our contract. They are very responsive to our needs, and we will continue to renew with Pacific Coast Termites. We highly recommend them to all homeowners who reside in “termite country”. You can always move to Alaska to escape termites, but we love Southern California!!
"We chose the right professional for the task. Interviewed several licensed pest control operators on site. Pest Busters performed excellent assessment of our areas of concern, mapped out a plan and understood the level of service needed for our price points.
Upon the agreed terms, their team set to work cleaning, setting traps and sealed possible entry openings.
Two weeks after the initial work, they returned to evaluate whether their measures were effective."

"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

Roach spray usually starts working almost immediately on contact—within seconds to a few minutes. However, if it's a residual spray designed to keep killing over time, it can take hours or even days to fully affect roaches that come into contact with treated surfaces. For larger infestations, it may take at least a week to see a noticeable drop in activity, since not all roaches are exposed at once.
No, poison isn’t the best way to deal with animals in your attic. It’s unlikely to completely eradicate the problem, especially if you don’t take care of access points. Also, poisoned animals may die and decay in the attic, causing noxious odors.
Some animals may leave the attic before the poison kills them, which could lead to nearby pets or other wildlife eating the animals and becoming poisoned themselves. Ultimately, it’s better to avoid using poison and contact a professional instead.
For routine pest control maintenance, most specialists recommend treatments every three months (quarterly). However, the ideal frequency can range from monthly to yearly depending on several factors. If you have a severe infestation, more frequent treatments will likely be necessary. Your location also plays a role; for example, homes near water may experience more pests in spring and summer. It's best to discuss your specific situation with a pest control professional to determine a suitable schedule. If you notice any pests between scheduled visits, inform your provider so they can address the issue promptly.
Brown recluse spiders are found in Midwestern and South Central states like Nebraska, Ohio, Texas, and Georgia. While it’s possible to find spiders from the same genus elsewhere in the country, you’re unlikely to find a brown recluse infestation outside of these designated zones. In any case, there are other dangerous spider species across the U.S., so always use caution when dealing with infestations of any kind.
For a non-chemical bed bug treatment, you can try spraying your mattress with a mixture of essential oils, rubbing alcohol, and water. Pesticide sprays are available, but using them can pose potential health risks to humans and pets—especially if they are not applied correctly. If non-chemicals do not eradicate your bed bug infestation, you should consult a pest control specialist to determine the best course of action.
