David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 2pm.. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They were very professional and courteous."

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. "He arrived and first tested the pilot to make sure it was functioning properly. It was not due to small leak that would extinguish the pilot. He then purchased a new water heater and installed it. He made sure that the earthquake strappings were properly set and took the defective water heater with him for disposal.
He was extremely polite and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. This is the 2nd time that I used All Pro and in both instances the technician was prompt and efficient. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

"They were really good. They were helpful and really quick on getting back to us. We called him on a Tuesday and they came out on Saturday to get the job done. There was one hiccup with the installation. They felt that they would be able to use the hand lift, but when they figured out they wouldn't be able to use the hand lift, most instantly he went and called for a crane and we had a crane service set up the same day, so nothing slipped on the schedule. They were not the cheapest, but their service was satisfactory."
