"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"My water heater was leaking but glad that I contacted water heater only. I called at 10:00am and by 12pm they were here installing my new water heater. David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!

"Evening of Valentine's Day we learned our water heater had broken.
Called Bob & Marc the next morning and had an appointment of 3 pm. They were available earlier, but I could not get out of work any earlier.
Spencer was on time and got right to work. He was very professional, careful and friendly.
He assessed that the water heater was broken, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
He made sure that the TPM piping was exact, fit and would last. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and was even very helpful in providing advice on how to extend the life of this new water heater.
He cleaned up and all that was left was a professionally installed water heater that has been working great.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. "Woke up that morning and I found out that I had not water! I looked at my water heater tried to figure out was was wrong. I know nothing about plumbing so I was very hesitant on calling a plumber. "They were really good. They were helpful and really quick on getting back to us. We called him on a Tuesday and they came out on Saturday to get the job done. There was one hiccup with the installation. They felt that they would be able to use the hand lift, but when they figured out they wouldn't be able to use the hand lift, most instantly he went and called for a crane and we had a crane service set up the same day, so nothing slipped on the schedule. They were not the cheapest, but their service was satisfactory."
