Outstanding company, quick service and work as advertised. Sadly, I had not done my due diligence and had not signed up for California earthquake authority grant - so I did not get the benefit of the rebate. If I had done it previously, I would have gotten most of the money that I spent back. As it was, I needed the retrofit done quickly so I would qualify for the new home insurance policy after Farmers dropped me due to fire risk. Timothy Sparks (the owner of the company) personally coordinated the work and was present when it was completed, and made sure it passed the City inspection. Due to the quick and comprehensive work done, I was able to retain the new home insurance, and also have the piece of mind that my old home is protected against the possible future earthquake. It was not exactly cheap (my old house also needed additional work due to cripple walls) but definitely worth the money. Recommend 100%!

The work that was performed was foundation bracing, they were very professional, always in communication with us. They pulled the permits that were necessary, And once work was done, provided proof of completion.

Tim was able to navigate the state website for us and this was a big help as I found it confusing to use. He handled the permit and with the grant from the state (thanks to Tim) we were able to afford the retrofit. We would recommend Tim to anyone needing earthquake bracing. Actually, we did talk on the phone to someone in the state grant office and he asked who we had contracted to do the work. When we told him who it was he intimated that Tim's company was a good choice, so he is even appreciated at the state level.

This company focuses on just doing earthquake retrofit. It was $7000 less expensive than another company, and was finished in ONE day. A pleasant experience! We passed inspection.

I was pleased with Tim's presentation, a no-nonsense bid. He didn't try to add on extras. I was disappointed that he didn't show up for the inspection. The inspector came, I let him in and it was approved, but it would have been helpful for Tim to be there to answer questions.

Extremely conscientious work and super fast! I was genuinely amazed at how easy the process was. particularly since I was using a FEMA grant so there was an additional layer of coordination involved in the process. The administrative stuff for my earthquake brace and bolt remodel grant was actually handled by the company.

Excellent service. Great people. Took some time to qualified for the state EBB program, but once I was confirmed, Tim and team took care of everything. Highly recommended. Theyâ ve done several projects in the neighborhood.

Tim is trained as a mechanical engineer and designed a bracing system that is customized to secure our foundation. I listened to his site supervisor Wally as he directed the installation under the floor. And the photos showed the results.
