"It was the first time it had been cleaned since we purchased it four years ago. Two cats and a 90 lb lab, later, we were blown away at how gorgeous the couch came out after they cleaned it. The team was supposed to arrive between 10-12 noon with a 30 minute call warning us. They called at 9:30 and were there by 9:50!
