Culligan of Ontario

My system was installed in March of 2012. Had a great selling agent. Very patient and explained everything. In fact most of the Culligan personnel have been congenial. It was only accidentally discovered recently that only a portion of the system had been installed. I was never told they did not do the cold line, nor did I sign a different contract for hot line only and I paid the price of the original contract for both hot and cold lines. I'm sorry that none of that personnel are in your office now but that is no excuse for making a wrong, right. I only want what was contracted and paid for in 2012 to be completed. No one appreciates being taken advantage of whether I am a senior citizen or not. When someone is cheated, that should be addressed correctly and not just ignored. Help me to change that rating please.

I AM PRETTY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE WITH CULLIGAN. YOU DO NEED TO PAY A LARGE UP FRONT FEE FOR THE WATER SYSTEM THEN YOU PAY A MINIMAL MONTHLY FEE FOR THE UP KEEP. I PERSONALLY CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT SOFT WATER SO I'M WILLING TO PAY. THE PRICE DEPENDS ON HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE IN THE HOUSE AND HOW LARGE YOUR WATER SYSTEM IS. THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT TO REFILL THE SALT IN THE WATER SYSTEM AND CHECK THAT EVERYTHINGS RUNNING PROPERLY. THE SERVICE DOESN'T BLOW MY SOCKS OFF BUT THEY GET THE JOB DONE.

WE REALLY LIKE THEIR SERVICES. THEY WILL COME TO OUR HOUSE, AND CHECK THE WATER SOFTENER. HE GAVE DETAILS ABOUT THEIR COMPANY. MY FAMILY REALLY sees THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WATER WITHOUT THE WATER SOFTENER, and with the softener.
