He and his helper did everything that we asked for perfectly, and they did it on time and on budget. Ruben also is an excellent communicator, texting and quickly responding with any questions that arose during the project, and sending daily up-date photos on the days when we were not on site. They both were also very easy, even fun, to work with, and when they found any unexpected issues, especially with the carpentry, they just took care of itâ ¦no extra charge.
