"Our home in St Helena was ready for carpentry repairs ( due to dry rot), extensive caulking, and painting (primary color, trim color and accent color). We got five bids for the work, including one from a company which had recently painted two of our neighborsâ properties and received rave reviews from them. All five of the estimators were friendly, accommodating, and inspired confidence. The high bid was almost 2 1/2 times higher than the low bid, though all bidders proposed performing essentially the same work product. We chose VERY well when we selected Ruben Roman for our project. He and his helper did everything that we asked for perfectly, and they did it on time and on budget. Ruben also is an excellent communicator, texting and quickly responding with any questions that arose during the project, and sending daily up-date photos on the days when we were not on site. Our first project was a historic home in Mill Valley where Adrian and team built my children a treehouse that’s right out of a storybook nestled into a large tree. Next he rebuilt several decks/railings, re-sided our ADU, and installed new outdoor electrical.
