"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. He also offered excellent feedback about keeping branches off my roof, and would have trimmed them if I needed him to do so. He was also honest, and kept his promises. So, definitely lots to like!"
