In 2024, we were delighted to have our deck resurfaced by Integrity decks. Both, Refugio who heads the work team, and his son Daniel, who is in charge of the office, were wonderful to work with, always available, timely, and friendly. The work was completed according to the specifications and on time. We have recommended Integrity Decks to several of our neighbors who were also very happy with their work.

ID&R definitely has integrity. As problems or concerns arose during our deck rebuild demolition/construction project, Refugio was quick to respond. We appreciated that ID&R was a one stop shop in regard to them lining up subcontractors for various aspects of the rebuild and even some additional work requests that came up during that time.

All the work was excellent quality, Refugio and his crew were very pleasant, quiet and respectful of their surroundings. Work was always completed on time, their prices are fair, and done with care. Integrity waterproofed the roof of my floating house to create large deck space and some months later waterproofed the new decks around my house, both times using an epoxy based product called Deck 70. They are easy to work with, very pleasant to have around the house, and do top quality work. I cannot praise them highly enough. Top notch people doing top notch work.

One night before the work was completed they came out and helped with a leak that occurred and they came out in the middle of the night from a great distance to help contain the leak and start the repairs to where it wouldn't leak any further. The leak was from the pouring rain. They were there in the middle of the storm fixing the leak form the rain. They went above and beyond! Will be using them again.
