The shingles had years of old chipping paint and plenty of sun damage and they spent tons of time carefully prepping the surface, sanding, patching, and more, then coating with tinted primer and finally high quality paint. The house looks beautiful and even more importantly it is going to last longer with their thorough work. Patrick also gave good guidance on color scheme based on years of experience which we melded with our vision and landed on a combination that worked really well. Highly recommend due to the careful quality work they did on a house with lots of challenges."

"We are very grateful that we hired Leoni Painting. Our old house had cracked siding in several areas and Anthony worked with our budget to repair what he could and replace what was too damaged. This included locating a vendor that still had access to the out-dated sized siding. He inspected the siding delivered and sent back what was not of good quality. He also worked with our schedule, because we were going out of town. He has also been very willing to do some touch up work. He also provided us with options in selecting the stain for the house and decks. Highly recommend."
