"Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! "We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. Everything we were told went as planned, we were told up front that we may need gutters, Yep we needed gutters, we had already factored the cost in. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! My thirty-year- old home is in a rural environment. with a humid atmosphere. The siding on my home was worn by the salt air and moisture and needed replacement from the eaves all the way to the foundation. I chose SkyBlue for three main reasons: 1. Siding is all they do, and they have specialized in it for 19 years. 2. They are rated A+ by the BBB and have had no complaints regarding their work. 3. I viewed online photos of their previous jobs and was impressed by the quality of their work. My experience with SkyBlue was positive from beginning to end. Every day they showed up at 8 A.M. and worked until 4 P.M. when they began cleanup. Every day they put away their tools and cleaned up the work area. At the end of every day they made sure that my driveway was clear, so I could pull my car out of the garage. The workers were always polite and cooperative and responded positively to homeowner concerns. Here are some examples of their work: 1. SkyBlue provided protection against animals. Our rural community has many wild creatures nearby: Bats, coyotes, skunks. raccoons, opossums, mice, and gophers abound, These animals are always in search of a warm and dry haven such as a basement. Over the years, invading animals chewed the wiring of my HVAC dampers, ruining the home heating and cooling controls. I spent thousands to repair the damage. I reported this history to SkyBlue. They replaced the old substandard and ineffective basement vents with quality new vents. They were also careful not to leave any vent opening exposed during the repair. SkyBlue also replaced my costly, old, substandard roof eave “chicken wire bat control,” installed by three separate “bat experts.” SkyBlue installed new, high tech, high quality solid construction in the space between the fascia and siding. Now there is no space for the bats to occupy. 2. SkyBlue used quality materials and did quality work: SkyBlue installed Kelleher Double Pre-Primed Siding so that both sides of the siding and trim are pre-primed with two coats of prime and thus are well protected. SkyBlue reset every single nail in the new siding and trim, and then caulked all holes. Finally, they sanded the caulking, effectively hiding every nail. Looking at my house, you can’t see any joints where two siding boards come together. You cannot see any nails. What a refreshing improvement from the original construction ! SkyBlue then applied two color coats of High Quality Sherman Williams Paint, for a total of four coats of paint. The result is spectacular.
