"They were great. Honest, patient and prompt. Tommy's office called me first thing on a holiday morning and scheduled him to come out. They were nice and professional. Tommy came out right away and was great. He took moisture readings throughout the house. He told us what our contractor could do to stop any further damage. He said there was not much more he could do - that we were already doing everything possible. He told us the damage that had been done had already been done and that anything else would be a waste of money. He said we should reassess if there was any mold in a few weeks.
