"I was extremely impressed with Eric and his crew for this small but somewhat urgent job. We had just moved into the house and we needed to get our new washer/dryer installed in the garage but there was no vent. Eric came out and met me on the same day I first called and assessed the situation, including offering some advice on gas vs electric that saved us some money. Once I got him the information he needed, someone was sent out right away. Our washer dryer was delivered on a Saturday and Eric followed up that day to see if we wanted someone to come over the weekend to do the final valve installation and setup (we did...we had a baby and a lot of dirty clothes).
All in all, great service and great work. I don't mind paying a little extra when everything is handled this professionally. I'm looking forward to hiring Eric again for my next project.
