"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. Everything we were told went as planned, we were told up front that we may need gutters, Yep we needed gutters, we had already factored the cost in. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! "We experienced water damage from a leaking water heater.  The damage encompassed the first floor bedroom and a part of the family room.  We called Pure Restoration, based on favorable reviews on Angie's List.  Tommy, the owner of the company, arrived as promised and started to survey the damage.  We felt at ease with him almost immediately.  Pure Restoration performed the water damage control, mold remediation, and subsequent restoration for us.   The project took almost 16 weeks to complete; however, over half of that time was dealing with the insurance company.  During this period,  Pure Restoration was more than patient and guided us through the entire claims process.  Once work did start, Nir, the project manager, was always around to supervise the work.  He was pleasant and easy to work with.  If there was a problem, we knew he and Tommy would work with us to make it right.  For the most part, the workers arrived on time and did an excellent job.  I must also mention how impressed I was with the office manager, Christina.  She was very responsive when questions arose, and she kept me well-informed almost on a daily basis with any updates or scheduling changes.  Overall, Pure Restoration gets high marks from us and we could not be happier with the final results. "
