"This company swindled my elderly mother out of $1250. They claimed they did a treatment in her second story eaves and tried to force her to tent the house. She originally called them because she thought she had termites in her fence. I come down a week later and it looks like someone did a bad repair job. I called a roofer who said, there is not termite damage, that is dry rot. He gets up there and rips out the wood and points out no treatment was done. I called the company and their manager got on the phone. He tried to mansplain that I was wrong, they did the treatment and raised his voice several times. He refused to provide a refund, partial or full. These people swindled a little old lady, how low can you go?"
