"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. "The quote was to clean gutters, do any repair and install gutter screens. I thought Rolando, the owner, was very knowledgeable. His contractor license is up to date. I have a 30 year old maple tree hanging over the gutters in front and 2 huge pine type trees in my neighbor's yard that hang over my side fence....much closer to my house that to my neighbor's house. My gutters are over exposed to tree debris! And the cleaning was long overdue i.e the gutters were full! Reuben, did the gutter cleaning and screen installation. He arrived at 8:00 and was finished well before noon. He repaired a couple of seams. He took time to take pictures of his screen installations. My yard was spotless. Now I am waiting for the rainfall to flow!....and the test of time on how well the screens work. Based on the information quality and the work effort I received from both Rolando and Reuben I am expecting the best!"
