Sebastian and his crew did an amazing job replacing our siding in addition to painting the entire outside of the house. They also did some extra items at an additional cost replaced side garage door with trim and patio door trim.

Carpentry Framing Repair
The job required climbing up into my attic and repairing some of the framing holding up the roof. They did a great job, did a couple of things that was not on their estimate and didn't charge extra for them. The attic access is through my bedroom ceiling; the did a great job of covering everything in the room with plastic and cleaning up when they were done.

Exterior Trim Repair
Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. We first thought of hiring a handyman to do all of these jobs and had a few come out but we were not impressed by their professionalism, leaving us to doubt their abilities to perform the needed repairs adequately. Then we came across Sebastian and CCS Construction Services on Home Advisor. CCS is licensed, insured, and carries worker's comp. We were very impressed by Sebastian's professionalism and his honesty when explaining the work that needed to be done and how it would be performed. So, we hired Sebastion and CCS Construction Services, and, all the work has been completed, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Sebastian and his team are hard working and very respectful. The work performed was of a high quality and you could tell that they took pride in their work. Thank you, Sebastian for a job well done!!!

I needed to have the opening for a new garage door reinforced to support the new door, and have the cracked and uneven concrete floor of my pre-1947 garage repaired. Sebastian confirmed our appointment by phone and arrived on time to take a look at the project. He understood what the garage door installers needed to have done in order to install the new door and suggested a couple of alternatives to complete the project. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done. Sebastian's estimate arrived when he said it would. He kept me updated during every step of the job. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves after each day's work. I was very impressed with Sebastian's professionalism and attention to detail and would definitely him again.

Dry rot repairs - had 3 estimates before Casablanca Construction. Sebastian was personable yet very professional and HONEST. We (older and knows nothing about repairs) need people like him. Pointed out possible future damages (no pressure). Have very polite, hard working crew especially Martin. Good quality of work for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Casablanca Construction replaced all of our windows and trim and about 25-30% of our damaged/aged siding. We were given a written estimate. The men on our job site were extremely hard working and very polite. They showed up every day between 7:30 and 8:00 am and often worked until 4:00 or 5:00 pm. Even when the owner was not on the job site, the crew worked hard and kept the job on schedule. This captured the attention of three of our neighbors who also ended up hiring this company to replace siding. If something extra needed fixing, they just did it! The owner, Sebastian, is very honest and humble. He treats his crew with respect. We plan to hire this company again within the next year to remodel our master bathroom.

When I contacted casa blanca const. They had no idea who or what we were talking about (that is after the job was started). However, the person that was doing the job showed up to correct my concern. I do not appreciate the lies... or the way they handle their phone calls.

"I have a lot of respect for people of all ages, HomeAdvisor and us still don't know what happened except what you told me personally, when we completed the repairs, you asked for a 10% discount, you said you called Yelp and they told you Casablanca would give you 10% discount, well, we don't advertise with Yelp, I don't like yelp at all, I never have had a promo of any kind, I'm glad you gave them a 0.5 customer service review, I would've given them a -0 on customer service, we got to you through Homeadvisor not Yelp, you called us that we had left a hole on the wall, I showed up within 24 hrs to fix it, you answer the door and apologized to me, admitted you made a mistake that it was dark and could not see right, your wife called me to apologized for you, I accepted her apologies and moved on, but you didn't, you clearly were calling Yelp and HomeAdvisor at the same time, Casablanca through HomeAdvisor showed up on time, did the work as promised, got paid, thank you, you mentioned we showed up to take care of your concerns right away, that's what we do, at the end of the day you pay our bills, I think your comments are malicious and misleading, but nonetheless I thank you for the 4.0 quality rating, will never forgive yelp for creating problems for us, even when we are not affiliated with them in any kind, shape or form! never will!"

I am so happy! Sebastian was great. He showed up when he said he was going to be there, did great work, completed the job quickly and cleaned up. I had two other people that flaked on us so when we found Sebastian I was glad that he came back but then he did excellent work as well! I definitely recommend him.

Sebastian was on time, responsive, and willing to work in the evening on a weekend to accommodate our job. We had an urgent need...we had a leak and needed repair of the drywall in a very short amount of time and he delivered 100% on this project. I would highly recommend him
