"I have a lot of respect for people of all ages, HomeAdvisor and us still don't know what happened except what you told me personally, when we completed the repairs, you asked for a 10% discount, you said you called Yelp and they told you Casablanca would give you 10% discount, well, we don't advertise with Yelp, I don't like yelp at all, I never have had a promo of any kind, I'm glad you gave them a 0.5 customer service review, I would've given them a -0 on customer service, we got to you through Homeadvisor not Yelp, you called us that we had left a hole on the wall, I showed up within 24 hrs to fix it, you answer the door and apologized to me, admitted you made a mistake that it was dark and could not see right, your wife called me to apologized for you, I accepted her apologies and moved on, but you didn't, you clearly were calling Yelp and HomeAdvisor at the same time, Casablanca through HomeAdvisor showed up on time, did the work as promised, got paid, thank you, you mentioned we showed up to take care of your concerns right away, that's what we do, at the end of the day you pay our bills, I think your comments are malicious and misleading, but nonetheless I thank you for the 4.0 quality rating, will never forgive yelp for creating problems for us, even when we are not affiliated with them in any kind, shape or form! never will!"
