We had two projects 1) remove & replace existing parking lot with 6" cement and wire 6"x6"x10 mesh and 2) repair roof valley, cap and seal top of north wall, repoint & waterproofing entire north wall. First the company was extremely responsive to all our concerns including those of our neighboring properties. They did everything they were contracted to do with excellent results. They kept us fully informed on their progress. We were impressed with the thoroughness of their work. Clearly we highly recommend them.

Joe and his team are great. They are very punctual and won't take your deposit and then desert you for a week like some other contractors. Joe doesn't just 'eyeball' a figure for your work--he calculates and takes notes to get you the accurate price. And he was able to accommodate a last-minute job with perfection--and if the job isn't perfect he will work to make it so. I definitely recommend him!

Joe and JB General Contractors have done it again!!! They have exceeded all expectations with the quality of the work and the concierge services. We previously used JB for a sidewalk replacement project in Sept 2023 so it was a no brainer to return to them when severe April storms revealed leaks in my parent's home roof and sliding was blown off in the storm. Joe was onsite on a Saturday to assess the work needed, produce an estimate with various scenarios for siding replacement and provide expertise on choosing the appropriate replacement products. His detailed estimate and photos were of great help in obtaining an appropriate insurance reimbursement for the storm damage. The project was underway before I returned to my home in California and Joe provided regular reports and pictures to document the project progress. I felt so comfortable that my 90 year old parents and their life long home were in great hands when I boarded my plane. Thank you Joe and everyone at JB Contractors! It is so refreshing to find a company that has old fashion family values that are passed on from generation to generation as they take on the responsibility for running the company!

Purchased a fixer-upper seven years ago and have been using JB construction for the total redevelopment of this house. The place was built in 1901 and hadn’t been touched since and it looked rough. With the projects that we have been able to complete thus far, I can honestly say that this home is now livable and is enjoyable. I have used JB Construction to redo the front of my house and with this most recent project, Joe and his team created a washer/dryer connection and closet from an unused space in the house and it looks great! The first thing I like about working with Joe is the professionalism of he and his team. The second thing I like about JB Construction is the fact that they are on time and when the job is done, my expectations are set. And the most important thing about working with Joe is the fact that he can take my idea, about an improvement I want to do in the house, and make it look great.

I had a great experience and was glad I found them for my latest project at my building in Southeast Queens. Joe’s high level of communication, interest and enthusiasm for what I needed done was a huge difference from other contractors. The job involved some demolition, masonry, and ductwork. JB General Contracting is amazing! Joe is a gentleman and advises you what you need and nothing more. Joe makes suggestions upon his experience and knowledge of the Job. His team of construction workers are very knowledgeable and professional, they speak very nice to you, they clean up after themselves, they measure and keep checking over their work, and make sure everything is right to the customers satisfaction. My backyard was very uneven and a lot of high and low elevations. JB’s team straightened everything out and is perfect now. I’m a neighborhood person and I highly recommend this company!
