At the same time, I ordered some fire, ember screens from another company, and I was told by Craftsman Home Builders that they would go ahead and install them for me. The other company delayed the delivery of my screens by almost a month and a half. But, I was still assured that they would go ahead and install them when the screens arrived. When they were finally delivered, the workers came to install them. But the custom-made screens were the wrong size. Somewhere along the line, a measurement error had occurred. I was assured by Jordan, an officer of Craftsman Home Builders that the error was not on my end and that they would make good on their promise. I was told they would adjust the siding to accommodate the screens, or re-order the screens at their expense. Together, we problem solved and they were able to install the screens to my satisfaction in a very swift, and professional manner.
