They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. They didn’t even damage any roof tiles. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend them."

"Another perfect job by Raul and his guys. Got the whole house painted, paid extra for a special type of higher grade paint that makes the house water proof. His guys fixed my stucco that was falling apart, fixed two doors that could never close perfectly, and made everyone on my block jealous. "I found them messy, left a lot paint on floor and did not clean after themselves. Also had a small repair on stucco, instead it became a major repair, and where they had scaffold to clean windows, they broke the stucco fence in driveway. that cost me $6,000.00"

He communicated when he would be around, cleanned up after each day so you wouldn't even know he was there except for the extra stain on the front door frame and his quality of work was exceptional. "Nile Schmidt is a true professional. I had him paint the outside and inside of a rehab I purchased in late 2008. Almost 1 decade later and the paint job has held up very, very well as I had a contractor over recently who thought the work had been done in the last 2 years (prompting me to write this review).
