They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. "Marco and his crew just finished painting the exterior of our house and power washing the roof. If we could give him 10 stars, we would! He does outstanding work with an eye for detail and no cutting corners. He kept excellent communication throughout the entire job. Marco and his crew were always on time and cleaned up after each day. Marco is a honest and hardworking guy, and his prices are very reasonable. We received a quote from another company, and it was quite a bit higher - even with the lowest quality of paint! (And the only way we found out about the paint quality was because of our own research). Marco explained and quoted us on different paints depending on what we preferred. He even lowered our price because he received an extra discount from the paint store!! In a nutshell, we highly recommend SD Pro Painting and will use them for any future painting projects."

"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
