They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. They didn’t even damage any roof tiles. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend them."

"I waited to do this review because I wanted to be objective about the job. The quality of the paint job in the end was very good. The sales person was great. Unfortunately, getting the painting done on the house was not so smooth. It was supposed to be about ten days, it lasted 15 days. The painters arrived late and left early. They blocked my driveway, painted the garage door that was supposed to be stained, left full trash bags in the side yard for days, kept telling me my house was the biggest house most complicated house they had ever painted and worked on their cars in my driveway and at the curb. I am sure I am missing something. The job was understaffed and about 40% more expensive than other quotes."

"Jon and his crew are great. They are fast, professional, and reasonably priced. We’ve had them paint our entire exterior, interior, stair railing, kitchen cabinets, and doors. Jon helped us determine color options for areas we were unsure about including exterior accents and cabinets. "On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
