SAUL AND CREW VERY PROFESSIONAL AND  NICE.  THE WORK IS SO PROFESSIONAL, NO DRIPS NO STAINS NO MESS!!!  THE CEILINGS LOOK WONDERFUL AFTER THEY SCRAPED ALL THE POPCORN OFF THE CEILINGS THEN THEY TEXTURED THE CEILINGS THEN PAINTED THEY ARE SO GREAT!  THEY ALSO PAINTED CEILINGS IN FIVE ROOMS AND PAINTED THE WALLS AND CLOSETS  IN  ALL FIVE ROOMS.  WE WILL BE HAVING SAUL DO SOME MORE PAINTING FOR US HERE SHORTLY.  HE IS GOING TO STAIN CONCRETE POOL DECK AREA.  I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THENS ABOUT THIS GUY, HE'S GREAT

"I wanted to love this company as their paperwork was very professional and the rep was very personable. However, when they said they would sand the roof and deck, it turns out that very little was actually sanded before they lay down a solid stain. They did spray and back fill the whole deck, the roof, the trim around a window, and the wood under the fascia, along with the entire railing around the deck. It looks much better, although I can see flakes of the old paint that were pasted down with the new spray, and part of the roof was not covered very well. The rep said that the work was guaranteed for 3 years, but that is not mentioned in the paperwork I received. I would have felt better if the cost had not been so high. I guess I expected perfection for $3,000."

"Just hire him. Geoff re-stained my front doors, painted everything in the house including the cabinets, walls, baseboards, ceilings, the garage and its floor. His work was better than we hoped for and the price was well below the other bidders. He's very easy to work with and readily accepted the changes requested as the project progressed. "Considering that the gazebo had not been stained for more than four years, and was heavily mildewed, the power wash and staining were done well. The gazebo looks very nice, and only minor areas where they had not been very careful to ensure over run. The only complaint I had was that the workers had allowed plastic to sit on the lawn throughout a warm day, and two large areas of the lawn were burnt. The two areas are very visual, and I was disappointed that no one said anything, or even offered up an apology."

"Steve was very friendly and polite. He took a lot of extra care even though it wasn't a big project. He communicated when he would be around, cleanned up after each day so you wouldn't even know he was there except for the extra stain on the front door frame and his quality of work was exceptional. I would strongly recommend him for any job; in fact, I'll be calling him in a year or so to paint the exterior of the house."

"Everything from start to finish was amazing with this company. Had my entire exterior of my house painted as well as a huge deck attached to the back of my house. They helped me bring my house to life and made my dreams a reality. Communication with Marcos was great. The companies Employees worked fast, kept the house clean, and did an amazing job. "Nile was prompt in providing the job estimate and answered all my questions quickly. He estimated the job would take two guys 1 day. Although his price was the highest of the 3 that I received. I thought paying 50% more than the next highest estimate would get me a better job. Not quite.
The two painters showed up on time on the appointed day and worked until the end of the day and then told me that the popcorn material they applied to the ceiling may not dry white in color. So, they will have to come back again a second day to repaint the patched ceiling areas. A few hours after they left, I noticed that the cinder block wall that was painted with special water resistant material started turning light brown in many spots meaning something was bleeding through. Nile said he didn't know the paint he got didn't have a stain blocker.
As a result, the cinderblock wall also needed to be repainted. I also noticed that parts of the cinder block wall were not adequately painted and the gray block wall was showing through the single coat of paint. Nile agreed that parts of the wall were ?thin?. He said he?ll have it covered up as stated in the scope work. One painter came back the second day and said because the special sealer paint he applied to wall, he will have to come back again on a 3rd day to put a finish coat on the newly treated areas. This surprise meant that I had to remove all the stored garage items out of the way again and park the cars outside for another night.
Early on the 3rd day, the painter was to arrive to finish the job at 7 am, but arrived late. The painter told me he was late because he was working on another paint job until 2am that morning. Guess that made it my problem.  Compared to other reviews of this company, my expectations for experience and work quality were not met. In this case, one doesn't always get what they paid for."
