"Called this company for their $77 dollar, which they advertised with a flyer, for a tune-up and cleaning for my heating system. They are a Hayward company and I was told that our Castro Valley home was not in their service area. I bet if I called to buy a new heater they would be out in a day."

"Sakoo Appliances was contracted by Liberty Home Guard for work on a leaky cloth washer. After the initial evaluation - the technician said he has order some parts. That took two weeks! Then the appointment was confirm and the apparent fix was done. But the issue returned on the next wash cycle itself. Liberty home guard was notified of the issue. They contacted Sakoo appliances and said their technician will contact me. No one contacted me so I called him and asked about it. He said he has to order more parts. Then all contact stopped. Calls are not attended. Even liberty home guard cannot get in touch apparently. 44 days after the issue was raised - it is not fixed due sloppy work of Sakoo Appliances."
