Great after the diagnostics it was just a switch that was ordered and installed with minimum down time ! great service!!

He figured out the problem and ordered the replacement parts and got it working again. He was very prompt and made all the appointments as scheduled.

Mike is awesome. He came out and diagnosed the problem. The challenge was that the oven and microwave unit had to be pulled out in order to get into the microwave to make the repair. Mike had a special dolly that allowed him to pull the unit out by himself. Once the oven and microwave were pulled out he quickly made the repair and tested to make sure everything was working properly. He then put the whole thing back into its place. Cannot say enough good things about him.

The washing machine leak turned out to be a drainage problem that required a plumber. Mike discussed and demonstrated proper maintenance for my machine. He quickly diagnosed my refrigerator issue and fixed it.

Dead circulation pump on a 15+ year old Viking d/w that came with the house we bought. Time for a new one, even in Mike's estimation, so he didn't do the repair. But I was impressed with his diagnostic work, he was prompt, neat, professional, and thorough. I don't want to see my appliance repair guy regularly, but if something else happens, I want Mike to come figure it out and fix it.

Mike arrived on time and was prepared. Repairs to our Décor appliances (Double convection oven and gas cooktop) were completed quickly and for reasonable cost - cheaper than the factory recognized service reps had quoted. Mike gave us an honest assessment as to the current state and health of our appliances. Clearly KH Appliance is familiar with Dacor brand. Based on our experience, we have to believe their knowledge and skills are equally deep with other brands and models listed on their website. Mike suggested and quoted prices for follow on work we will probably accomplish in the future. Mike provided good maintenance and preventive steps we can use to assure continued operation of our ovens and cooktop.

The experience with KH Appliance was great! Mike from KH was very professional, on time, left no mess. He also gave me tips on how to keep the dishwasher running better. He did not give me the run around of a 4 hour window for arrival time. He asked me when it would be convenient for me to have him come by, and he worked it in. He also answers the phone when you call so that you can get something scheduled faster. It was very clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix the problem we had. My dishwasher was covered in a warranty program, and when the first two companies did not work out, the warranty rep. said that KH was the best they had. They were right!
