They were nearby, came over promptly, coordinated with PG&E to reattach supply and replaced the panel and gooseneck in the same day and at a very reasonable cost. The panel was on the opposite side of the house so it wasn't a trivial run but he kept everything neat through the crawl space. Countertop guys came the next day and everything fit perfectly.
