He quoted me a price to replace and determined that he had the correct parts with him and I authorized the work. It really helped that he could complete the job rather then re-scheduling another appointment. He flexibility and expertise in getting the repairs completely quickly saved having to tak more time off from work. I would definitely recommend Liberty to others.

"Hottest day of the year, A/C decided not to come on.  Called several companies (all from Angies List) and no one could fit us in for two or three days.  When I called Hutchinson and explained situation, they asked if "today" would be soon enough.  YEAH!  Jesse was here at the designated time, got right to work and found the problem.  He fixed, then did a complete check of the system and cleaned the filter for us.   Ours is an older unit, but he found it to be in excellent working order.  Another YEAH!!!!! He was very professional, obviously knew what to look for and how to fix.  Exceptionally pleased and though we hope not to have these problems again in the near future, if we do, we know who to call,  FIRST.

"Sent email through anigies list site, he called right away on a Sunday night - tried to help me fix my thermostat since it was only a year 1/2 old but we could not.  Did tell me he had a job in san diego that week.  since it was nothing major decided to wait since the reviews were good and he seemed honest.  finally was able to pick a good day, called letting me know he was on his way, showed up and first looked at my thermostat but it was broke, replaced with new one right away.  Explained how it worked also checked my filters and let me know where I could buy replacement ones at a good price.  Was quick, very friendly and professional.  Also does electrical work which I need so I will be calling in the future.

Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment.
