Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. Then getting educated on the way a roof should be installed. We decided that this was the company we wanted to do business with. Also know the staff doing the work will have been trained and get retained each year makes me feel they will do the right thing for the customers.
