"Poorly. I know a new business picked up this business and Mike is trying to do right, but I still would not recommend nor ever use these guys again. THE HOOK They send out flyers saying free scoping of pipes. I am sure you have gotten them in the mail and newspapers. We wanted the bathroom drain unclogged, but they said that we needed to replace the cast iron pipes because the scope showed that roots were getting in the cast iron pipes. They had to drill through the concrete slab. It was a big mess, and my insurance came in and suggested that I get another plumber because of the damage they did to the bathroom getting to the cast iron pipes. I was charged nearly 4000 for them going into the slab. The sink was completely destroyed, and I had to pay another plumber, Master Plumbing to come in and clean up the mess. The worst part though is that they have you sign a contract for what they were going to do, but then they said they had to do even more. You cannot read the contract because they deliberately don't show you. You think you are signing an agreement to the work and a contract will be drawn up later. Not the case. It is the contract. I will not go back to them. The destruction they did to the bathroom was terrible. I even have pictures to prove what they did."

"*BEWARE** After contacting the company directly and trying time and time again for this company to make things right here we are... This company is unprofessional and will leave you without water for up to a week. Family plumbing sent out Darrel to fix a small drip at my irrigation pressure valve. I showed Darrel where the drip was and what needed to be done. Once he “repaired” the valve that was dripping we waited 4 hours to turn on the water like we were told to do. Once the water came back on we had a big leak at a different location that was caused by Darrel leaning on the pipes. After he discovered the new leak he went to get parts and ended up working into the night “fixing” the new leak. Darrel then told us it would be an additional $300.00 to cover his extra time. I felt that was crazy given the leak was not there prior to him messing with the pipes l, but paid him in good faith that everything would be done correctly. I called them 3 times leaving messages and I was told I would be getting a call from Dino (which I still have not received a phone call back). The next morning another plumber Matt came out and informed us that Darrel had used an electrical coupling with standard white pvc pipe. Matt said the should have never used that and that the plumping that was done was a horrible job. Matt needed to gather the right materials to fix the mistakes that were made and he did a great job. (Wish he was sent originally). Although he did a great job and fixed all of the previous mistakes my front yard was never repaired, so we did it ourselves. I feel I should be refunded for the problems caused by your company and the lack of knowledge of your “plumber”."
