"Modern came out quickly and pumped our septic tanks, giving us a discount for having 2 tanks on our property. They identified baffle wall issues with both tanks and recommended 2 septic repair companies (one which we used). Very fast and courteous employees."

"Aaron at A1 septic is a great guy. I really appreciate that they actually answer the phone. So many other companies have you leave a message and never return a call. A1 Septic was able to schedule service right away, was on time, and were pleasant and respectful to work with. They were able to locate my septic tank without a problem and left the site clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again."

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with McCormick, and it was a fantastic experience. Khaled was informative, patient, and genuinely helpful, guiding us through choices for a perfect design. The team’s professionalism showed in their punctuality and quality. Every aspect was done with care, from tile placement to lighting. The transformation is truly impressive; the bathroom now feels open and luxurious. We’re beyond pleased with the result and look forward to more projects with them."

"repaired in a short time"

"He's really professional and clean with their work. They clean up after themselves and a very nice person."

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
