They are way too expensive. The man who came was very nice. He fixed our problem. We like him but the pricing was just way too high. I don't think they jacked us up on purpose. The guy looked things up in a book and he was using standard price but they appeared to me to be pretty high. There were no problems since they've been here. They guy explained everything and told me how much it would cost beforehand. They came very quickly and they came during the time they said they would come. The guy called before he actually got here so that's all good.

The service professional was prompt and very helpful. Fixed the issue quickly and gave suggestions for avoiding issues in the future. The office followed up after the service was performed to make certain I was happy.

The tech was prompt, clean, quick and efficient.

Scott is great. I tried to measure the center of the two existing toilets in my new house, and when I wasn't sure of the measurements Scott came out to measure them himself. He explained some challenges with finding the right size. He came back with two new toilets, one of which did not fit, so he installed one toilet. He researched options for the second location and came back within a week with a toilet that fit. He also put in a part in the hall bath shower to raise the height of the shower head, changed the piping in my reverse osmosis unit in the kitchen, and even helped me get my big screen TV ready for the cable installer (the handyman I was counting on hadn't started working on the job yet).



Scott cheerfully did everything at a very reasonable price. He also referred me to some other contractors with whom I am very satisfied. I highly recommend him.

He was a really good plumber. He was very nice and very professional. I would definitely recommend him to our family and friends. He was excellent and knowledgeable. His fees were reasonable. He was the most reasonably priced. I would use him again.

He did great work for me. There wasn't anything I didn't dislike. He came in and took a look at my water heater and found out that I had an issue with my starter. He took it out and replaced it. He had the part on his truck and he came in, he was here for about an hour. He took it out, put it in, and it fired right up. He was very prompt and very friendly. He was real personable. He was here when he said he was going to be here.

He was very good, he came out and he was very fair. He explained and helped me understand exactly what he was going to do and when. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he has completed the job successfully and it passed inspection.

Scott used to work for a well known plumber which I will not name here but when he was on the job I could not help but notice what a hard working and knowledgeable young man he was. So when I saw the company truck down the street I thought it might be him so rather than call the company I called his personal phone just to ask him to stop by and give me an estimate on installing a Firefighter earthquake emergency shutoff valve. (side note: I had had Anderson Plumbing by when they were running a deal on AL to install these but they wanted to install two due to the piping configuration. What a laugh!) Well, I was glad I called Scott's personal phone because he told me he had hung out his own business sign and would be by the next day to see why Anderson wanted to try and sell me two when he assured me that one could easily do the job. Sure enough, after an hour I had my Firefighter EQ valve and there was no need to do it with two. He also checked out my water heater that was making a terrible sound when water to the bathtub was running and now it runs like new. I urge everyone to give this guy a try. His business license may be new but this guy is an old pro when it comes to plumbing and you won't be sorry for doing so.
