My first contact with his business was in 2020. I bought a property in Fallbrook, San Diego County, for which they had installed a septic tank, and I wanted to find out the exact location, so it can be marked. I called to see, if they could provide a sketch for where it’s located. The reaction of owner, Wayne, was rather strange – as if it was the worst thing someone ever asked him. Extremely annoyed, he then proceeded to say why I couldn’t just call the County to get a map. No sketch ever came. You would think for an $8000 job this would not be too much to ask, but obviously it was. When the time came to sell the property in 2022, I called this place once again to do a septic pump. Another employee came and damaged my parking spot with his pump truck. I saw it happen, but did not check it closely for damages. I later saw in detail that several 4 x 4’s holding in gravel came unhinged, and it would’ve been a small fix. I asked them to fix it, but they denied that it was their truck and that they wouldn’t fix it because I called them ‘too late’ and it could have been caused by anybody else (not true). Also, when I asked that same employee, if he could ask the owner where I could dispose of a separate septic barrel that was on the property and in prior use for a camper. He just responded “that is not part of my job; if you want an answer you should call him yourself.” Wow! I was stunned by the overall unfriendliness. Customer service: what is that? The septic system then failed the pump test, even though their new septic tank was just installed in 2020. The owner asked to use my gardening hose and proceeded to unscrew the spray nozzle. When I ask him to please put it back when he’s done, he had a coronary and completely lost it. Most people would’ve just said “yes sure, okay” but he started an argument with me asking “are you serious?” He proceeded to walk off the job site saying ‘you ****** me off’. My realtor had to call the business to get an estimate for the repair as he would no longer talk to me. I guess it was too much for him to handle. How ridiculous. We then got a repair estimate for $15,466. I had the repair done by another vendor for $4,300. In other reviews of this company you can read clients talking about how this guy is combative, and I have to agree. I’ve never seen such lack of friendliness. He should just retire

We had heavy rain in our area that broke one of the pieces on the septic sysrem causing it to not drain properly. I called Wayne at Septic Solutions, he showed up quickly to fix the issue. He was very professional, I would highly recommend this company!!

These guys are real pros, did a great job, overcame various obsticals, got the job done well and promptly. Reasonable bid, not upages.

Wayne and John are great. When we learned we needed a new septic field, we thought the worst. But
Septic Solutions came through for us. Their bid was very fair; they were always
on time and worked hard and they were very respectful of our property.  We needed a rock breaker, and they got us a
great deal; we had excess dirt, so they built up a rutted road behind our house
that will help everyone. Both Wayne and John are pleasant to work with. We
highly recommend Septic Solutions for any septic work.

Wayne came out and ran water in the water section of the septic demonstrating the leach line was not plugged.
He theorized that the inlet plumbing from the house might be misaligned due to some recent construction in the area. 
We doug down and found the inlet misaligned and clearly plugged.  Wayne suggested we use a bar and a come along to pull it back up to the proper location then pour some concrete under the ABS pipe to prevent recurrence. 
Wayne left without charging anything. (note this was on a Saturday)
I pulled it back in to shape with no leaks cleared the blockage with a hose and the septic was back in service.
Wayne advised having the septic pumped so I have poured the concrete and waiting for the pumper to come before sealing it back up. 
Good work! I will definitely call Septic Solutions again.

was referred to Septic Solutions by friend. I went home and did some homework on Angie's list. Septic Solutions was at top of list. If you need septic work these are your guys. they take care of the permits and do great work. if I have any other septic issues in the future, I will give them a call.

I spent around $400 with them. They definitely seemed more knowledgeable than the other company that came out. Those guys were completely wrong about things. The guys from this company seemed to know what they were doing. I will use them again in the future.

We live in a 1951 house in Escondido. There is no sewer on our section of the street and our home has relied on an old concrete 800 gal septic tank. We have known for some time that the tank was leaky and wasn't going to last forever (It had problems when we first moved in 20 years ago that were sort of patched up by the previous owner). We wanted to fix things up so first we went to the city and asked about hooking up to the sewer. The city told us there was no sewer but if there was, it would cost about 8000 dollars just for a permit to hookup! The rule is that you are required to hookup to the sewer if there is a line within 200 feet of your connection point. So we went to the county and they gave us a long list of licensed septic contractors. We did not know who to choose so we asked the company that normally pumps our tank and they recommended Septic Solutions. They said they were honest and they had been around a while. We contacted Septic Solutions and they came out the next week to look things over and give us an estimate. They were able to start the next week. They brought their equipment in Tuesday morning and the tank was also delivered. Next the old tank had to be pumped out before they could start digging. They started digging about one in the afternoon and had the new tank hooked up and functioning within 4 hours. They arranged for the inspector to come out the next working day and when everything was signed off, they filled in the old tank and covered up the new one. Overall they did a great job, they were knowledgeable, friendly and very entertaining. They explained everything they were doing and it was fun and educational watching the whole job.
