I recently had BMB Septic install a full septic system for our new ADU. This was the third time using this company and again, I made the right decision to do so. Taylor was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. The crew demonstrated a high level of expertise and left the property clean and finished. They took the time to ensure everything was done correctly from start through inspection. For anyone looking for reliable septic insulation services, I highly recommend BNB Septic. Thank you Taylor.
Description of Work: We needed a full separate septic system installed for an ADU we put on the property.

BMB Septic is a family-run, local business specializing in septic systems. The owner, Mark Barbani, has been making major repairs to septic systems for years, and has dug many of the ?vertical pits? in my neighborhood. He recently dug a hole four feet wide and 50 feet deep in my front yard. That?s a big operation involving a back hoe and a drilling rig the size of a fire truck. The drilling operation damaged my front lawn, which is unavoidable, but Mark went out of his way to avoid any damage whatsoever to the gardens bordering the lawn on three sides. He also took up bricks to avoid breakage where the drilling rig had to go. He even repaired sprinkler lines broken during the dig. None of the other contractors I talked to were willing to do any of that. Aside from being prompt and professional, Mark and his assistants proved to be the proverbial ?nice guys.? They were friendly and very concerned about avoiding unnecessary damage to my yard. I am very pleased with Mark?s work, and am recommending him to my friends.
Description of Work: Located existing vertical pit, dug new pit, and connected the old pit to the new pit. Septic vertical pits are used in my area instead of horizontal leach fields, due to the nature of the soil. These pits are four feet in diameter and about 50 feet deep. The trenches connecting them are about six feet deep.
