"All went fine. First a door to door sales person , and we made an appointment with an estimator. A few days later she called to confirm a couple hours before the app.  She arrived on time and we came to an agreement  on the job and price.  Later someone  showed up and measured all the windows and ordered the custom built windows. "Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."
