The owner has refused to provide invoice, workman comp certificate or receipt for payment after charging 1800.00 for a janitorial cleanup and window cleaning with three employees when he told me his business was him and his son. He never gave bid or estimate and Said he might give lower fees if I call him to come back again. Phone number on his business card is disconnected with no new number. The physical address of his business he gave me to send 1099 does not exist. The actual quality of work was good but this is business. Please respond Richard H. lic# 912940 530-227-5*** H.
