They damaged one lawn decoration that we discovered later and they provided payment for replacement of the decoration. Mistakes happen and they made good on the damage. They did the work in October and it is now the end of March. No problems and we are very happy with our new windows!"

In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."

The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. The cats love it and are going crazy scampering up and down the tower."
