Give them a call -- you'll be dealing with an independent mover, not some impersonal, national chain and you'll feel the difference in the service. I'm sure that they would be great for a local move, however, I used them for a move between Palo Alto and La Jolla. They picked up on time one morning and delivered on time the next morning despite a horrendous overnight rainstorm. (I would have understood completely if they had been delayed.)
