Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. These are the most hard-working people I've ever met and I have met thousands of people during my career. If you want ethical professionalism, a perfectionist, and an expert in flooring then you should give Steve a call. Steve does not do any advertising because otherwise he would be booked for up to a year in advance. Definitely hire him for your next flooring job. He will come in advance with professional equipment, remove the wooden floor with tools, and remove the nails exposed to the outside to avoid safety hazards. "The owner Francisco is very professional. He showed up on time, answered the phone , listened & addressed our concerns. The house was powerwashed , primed , painted with 2 coats of paint ( rain off) that I selected. They finished in 6 days. We have neighbors and had to access their property. Francisco handle issues with the property manager , providing insurance, license, workers comp documents. A tenant had additional concerns that he resolved within a day. The painters worked hard everyday , priming doing caulking & repair work, especially at the top of the building. They were always polite and pleasant to work with. Super nice guys. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the service and work."
